I’m Cody, your boots-on-the-ground tree guy. here to protect your property and bring your yard to life.
What started as a small act of service—offering free landscaping to neighbors - quickly grew into something much bigger. With ropes, roots, and real heart, my wife Anna and I built Davis Land and Lawn to be a company you can trust. We show up fast, do the job right, and treat your yard like our own.
Hard work, faith, and a whole lot of follow-through built this business. But more importantly...we build it for you.
everything changed when...
I realized people didn’t just need a contractor. they needed someone they could trust with their home.
Back in 2020, I was just a guy with a ladder, a few tools, and a heart for helping people. I started trimming trees and pulling weeds for elderly neighbors—and discovered I loved it.
Over time, I studied arborist techniques, safety protocols, and sustainable landscape design. Then Anna joined me, and Davis Land and Lawn officially took root.
Helping people with their lawns turned into a dream come true. That evolved into what you see today!

Love the work Cody did for us - twice! Took down a big difficult tree that was dangerous to us and our neighbor. Perfectly pruned an old huge beauty and cleaned it all up so well!
Then returned to diagnose our ailing Crepe Myrtles. Love the fact that he doesn’t commit crepe murder and that they now look better than they have in a long while!Highly recommend!
